From November 15th to 16th, 2018, Tsinghua University's second "Belt and Road" Cooperation Forum and the Tenth Enlightenment Innovation Forum were held in Nanning. On the 16th, at the Enlightenment Innovation Forum, the ninth batch of Tsinghua Science Park "diamond plan" shortlisted companies and the 2018 "Enlightenment Star" list of companies were released, and 20 high-tech companies were selected.

The cultivation plan launched by Tsinghua Science Park of TusHoldings based on the "four-gathering" model-"Diamond Plan", has achieved very beautiful results. With the listing of Zhaoyi Innovation on Mingluo in Shanghai on August 8, 2016, all nine "diamond plan" enterprises of Tsinghua Science and Technology Park have been listed. Up to now, a total of 69 companies have been shortlisted for the "Diamond Project", among which 21 industries including Hailanxin, Digital Video, Chinese Online, and Spreadtrum Hi-Tech have been listed.

In September 2006, in order to cultivate high-tech and industry-leading high-tech companies, Tsinghua Science and Technology Park selected a group of "quasi-diamond" enterprises from the park, integrating capital, technology, talents, and industrial chains from various angles. University, enterprise, government and domestic and foreign resources provide enterprises with full support and assistance.

In addition to the announcement of the list of shortlisted companies for the “quasi-listed” “Diamond Project”, the forum also announced the 10 companies that won the title of “Enlightenment Star” in 2018, focusing on earlier potential technology startups.

The "Enlightenment Star" company in 2018 was born after the one-year cultivation and preliminary screening of Enlighten Star on the 2018 Enlighten Star Annual Roadshow held on November 15. They are the award-winning companies in the incubation, investment, one plan and competition in the TusStar Incubation Network. They are from 6 cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Hangzhou. They all have competitive core technologies and have great potential.

The "Enlightenment Star" cultivation plan was also initiated by Tsinghua Science and Technology Park, which is mainly aimed at the earlier "start-up projects with high-tech industry innovation technology or technology-based business models". Based on the Global Incubation Network of Enlighten Star, through "incubation services + entrepreneurship training + angel investment + open platform", it explores and promotes technological innovation and entrepreneurship projects, and reserves high-quality enterprises for the "Diamond Project".

Since 2013, 6 batches of "Enlightenment Star" companies have been born, with a total of 55 companies. In 2013, the "Enlightenment Star" enterprise Haibo Si Chuang, 2014 Heiskel, 2015 Filipi Automation, and 2016 Caicheng Technology achieved rapid development after 1-2 years and entered Tsinghua In the "Diamond Project" of the Science Park.

Among the 45 "Enlightenment Star" companies in 2013-2017, 38 companies have received financing, accounting for 84%. Among them, 10 companies have completed more than B round of financing, 21 companies have completed more than A round of financing, and 3 companies have listed on the New Third Board, accounting for more than 50%.

As two important steps of the "7-step incubation chain" of the Enlightenment Star of Tsinghua Science and Technology Park, the growth of startup companies from "Enlightenment Star" to the "Diamond Project" shows both the growth rate of Tsinghua Science and Technology Park's cultivated enterprises and shows The ability of Enlightenment Star to incubate with long chains.
