    On April 29, on the occasion of the 107th anniversary of the establishment of Tsinghua University, Tsinghua University’s Department of Automotive Engineering and the Tsinghua Alumni Association Automobile Alumni Association hosted the “New Era Automobile Technology Revolution and Innovation Development” and Tsinghua University The 86th Anniversary Forum for the Training of University Vehicle Engineering Talents was successfully held in the main building of Tsinghua University.

    Academician Li Jun gave his first speech as a professor and doctoral tutor of the Department of Automotive Engineering at Tsinghua University

    The forum was chaired by Yang Diange, director of the Department of Automotive Engineering . Li Yibing, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Tsinghua University , said in the opening speech: "In recent years, the Automotive Department of Tsinghua University has actively participated in the formulation of major national scientific and technological planning and industrial technology paths, and has played an important role in the development of new energy and intelligent connected automotive industries.     As the professor and doctoral tutor of the Department of Automotive Engineering at Tsinghua University for the first time, Li Jun published a report on the theme " Global Automobiles Entering a New Era of Technological Revolution and Innovation and Development ", and introduced his career plan to work in Tsinghua.

    According to Li Jun , the "Chinese Standard ICV" technical security system mainly includes the following: security design process and standards, functional security, responsibility-sensitive security, information security and functional security, reliability (big data health management), security testing With verification platform. "Traditional car development is based on the boundary conditions, and the intelligent connected car is based on the boundaryless verification hypothesis, and it has the ability to cover the boundaryless extended scene.     Inauguration of Smart Car Design and Safety Technology Research Center

    Fu Yuwu, Honorary Chairman of the China Association of Automotive Engineers, believes that China's automobile needs to be bigger and stronger without the strategy of automotive talents.     Li Keqiang, director of the Intelligent Connected Vehicle and Transportation Research Center of Tsinghua University, also emphasized the importance of talents in his speech.     As an alumnus of the Department of Automotive Engineering of Tsinghua University , Yuan Hongming, chairman of Shaanxi Automobile Holdings Group Co., Ltd., said when talking about the training of automotive talents, the basic stage of talent growth is in schools, and the growth stage is in enterprises. "At present, many talents' willingness and ideas for innovation will be restricted in the enterprise. How to fully display ingenuity and wisdom may require a mechanism. Enterprises should allow the growth of talents to be linked to his value."

    As a representative of the new forces in car manufacturing, Lu Qun , chairman of Future Automotive, used "beef noodles" as a metaphor for car manufacturing. "A bowl of beef noodles must still have real beef, real noodles, and a long time of stew." Lu Qun believes that car-making should also be down-to-earth, and there is no so-called "curvy overtaking" .

    As a representative of independent brand automobile enterprises, Li Shaozhu, general manager of Dongfeng Motor Group Co., Ltd., said that for the healthy development of China's auto industry ecology, first of all, there must be scientific, transparent and rigid rules. Second, there must be strict, fair and timely supervision. "With such an ecological construction, we will find that the most liquid elements of some industries such as global capital, technology, and talent will flow to China."
